Consulting & Coaching
Learn It.
Or Have It
Done.
Two ways to work together. Your team builds the capability, or I run it for you until they can. Both end in the same place — you owning search, not renting it.
Years Running Search
The Premise
Most search work fails for the same reason: someone bought a tool and nobody built the workflow around it. The dashboard gets checked on Mondays, the insights never reach anyone who can act on them, and eighteen months later the contract gets cancelled and blamed on the tool.
Every engagement here starts from the opposite end — what decision are you trying to make, what data would actually change it, and who on your team is going to own that loop when I'm gone.
That applies whether the surface is a Google results page or an AI answer. Search didn't get replaced, it got a second front. Your buyers now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews the same questions they used to type into a search box — and the brands getting cited in those answers are not always the brands ranking first.
Two Modes
Coaching
Your team learns to run it. Sessions built around your live campaigns and your actual data, not a fixed curriculum or a recorded course. The capability stays in the building when the engagement ends.
Done For You
I run the work directly — audits, visibility tracking, content operations, tooling. Useful when you have budget but not headcount, or when you need results before you can justify a hire.
For Agencies
Repeatable process across a book of accounts. Delivery systems, tooling standards, and reporting that survives staff turnover. Built from running an agency, not theorising about one.
For Enterprise
Depth on one property, plus the internal reporting to keep search funded. Stakeholder communication is usually the constraint, not technical knowledge.
Where To Start
SEO Coaching
Build a search team that ships. Technical auditing, keyword architecture, intent mapping, and the stakeholder reporting that keeps the budget alive.
Explore →GEO & AI Search Coaching
Generative Engine Optimization. Get measured, get cited, and understand why ranking first no longer guarantees being mentioned.
Explore →Profound Coaching & Setup
Measurement for AI search. Citation tracking, share of voice, prompt-level visibility — and how to read it without drawing the wrong conclusion.
Explore →AirOps Coaching & Setup
Content execution at scale, with governance. Quill workflows, refresh cadence, and the brand controls that stop scale becoming slop.
Explore →ClickUp For Agencies
Delivery operations for digital, SEO and GEO agencies specifically. Not generic project management — the folder structure, naming convention and reporting that a search agency actually needs.

This works when
- checkYou have a team, or are about to build one, and want the capability to stay in-house.
- checkYou've bought tooling — Profound, AirOps, Semrush, ClickUp — and it isn't earning its cost.
- checkSearch is funded but nobody senior owns the strategy, so the work drifts toward whatever is easiest to complete.
- checkYou need someone who will tell you which of the forty findings actually matter.
This doesn't work when
- closeYou want rankings guaranteed. Nobody can honestly promise that, in Google or in AI answers.
- closeYou want volume without a review gate. Scale amplifies whatever quality bar you already have.
- closeNobody internal has time to be in the room. Coaching relayed secondhand loses most of its value.
- closeYou need results this month on a site with structural problems that took two years to create.
Engagement Shapes
Single Session
One-off · 90 minutes
A specific problem, worked through live. A traffic drop you can't explain, a migration plan that needs a second pair of eyes, a tool decision. You leave with a ranked action list.
Coaching Retainer
Monthly · ongoing
Regular sessions with the people executing. Built around live campaigns, adjusted as priorities move. The most common shape, and the one that ends with you not needing me.
Done For You
Monthly · ongoing
I run the work directly — audits, visibility tracking, content operations, tooling. Sensible when budget exists but headcount doesn't yet.
Audit & Roadmap
Fixed scope · one-time
A defined piece of diagnosis with a written recommendation. Technical crawl, GEO visibility baseline, or a delivery-health review. Frequently the right first step.
Pricing is set per engagement after a scoping call — scope, account count and cadence move it too much for a single published number to be honest. You will have a fixed figure before any work starts, and there are no open-ended hourly arrangements.
Common Questions
Coaching or done-for-you — which do I need?
If you have people and they're capable but stuck, coaching is faster and cheaper and the capability stays with you. If you have budget but no headcount, done-for-you gets results now. Most engagements start done-for-you and transition to coaching once the team can carry it.
Do you work with agencies or in-house teams?
Both, and the work differs. Agencies need repeatable process across many accounts. In-house teams need depth on one property and the internal credibility to get budget. I run those differently.
Is this SEO or GEO?
Both, because the split is already artificial. The same content decisions determine whether you rank in Google and whether you get cited in ChatGPT — but the measurement, the tooling and the failure modes are different, and most teams only learn half of it.
What if we already have tools we're not using properly?
That's the most common starting point. Teams buy Profound, AirOps, Semrush or Ahrefs, use ten percent of them, and conclude the tool doesn't work. The tool usually works. The workflow around it doesn't exist.
Pick a lane.
Or ask me.
If you're not sure which of these you need, that's a fifteen-minute conversation, not a purchase decision.
